Felicia A. Finston has over 30 years of experience handling benefit and compensation issues for Fortune 500 and other public and private companies and tax-exempt entities. Felicia prides herself on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with her clients, such that she in essence serves in the capacity of an in-house benefits counsel for many of her clients.

Felicia regularly provides legal counsel on executive compensation design and regulatory compliance issues. An important part of her practice involves advising clients as to the tax reporting and income inclusion aspects of their qualified retirement plans and assisting clients with operational failures or governmental audits involving such plans.  Felicia also provides legal counsel on health plan compliance issues, including ACA, HIPAA and Medicare coordination of benefit matters.

Felicia is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, 2003-2025 and Who’s Who Legal: Texas, 2007-2008.
