Jack Levy concentrates his practice in the areas of employer resources, employee benefits and executive compensation, corporate and business, healthcare, taxation and estate and trust planning.

Jack represents numerous closely held businesses, professionals and professional corporations and negotiates and closes sales of professional practices and closely held business practices. He also lectures throughout the United States on issues relating to pension and welfare benefits as well as healthcare matters.

We assist clients in establishing benefit plans; making changes to existing benefits plans to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), together with related regulations of the Department of Labor (DOL), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC); resolving complex issues that arise in connection with such plans in the context of mergers and acquisitions; and administering plans in a manner designed to minimize liability from a regulatory and litigation perspective.
